When will my order be processed?
All orders are managed and shipped from our warehouse.

Due to high order volume, delivery may take 1 to 2 weeks.

What should I do if the products received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you received an incorrect, missing, and/or defective item, please contact us.
Provide your order number, photos of the products, and all relevant details after receiving your package.
We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
